About Everywhen Experiences​​

 

Our Story

 

Everywhen Experiences is built on a legacy of creativity, courage, and a lifelong love for the circus arts.

Our story began long before the company name existed, when Nichola “Nicky” Slaverse ran away with the circus at the age of 17, joining her husband on international tours as a professional performer. After years of performing abroad, they returned to South Africa and, in 1995, founded one of the country’s first circus schools, helping to shape the early circus landscape locally.

In 2011, that legacy evolved into The Silk Workshop, co-founded by mother-and-daughter duo Nichola Slaverse and Roxanne Andrews, alongside close friend Lynzi. The Silk Workshop quickly became known as a trailblazing aerial and circus arts company, offering high-quality performance, training, and creative opportunities within South Africa’s growing circus community.

Born into a circus family, Roxanne Andrews was immersed in performance from birth. She began performing at just four years old and was teaching basic circus skills by the age of twelve. Together, Nicky and Roxanne bring over 45 years of combined industry experience across performance, instruction, production, and event delivery.

 

 

The Evolution into Everywhen Experiences

 

Today, that foundation has grown into Everywhen Experiences, a vibrant, multifaceted entertainment brand that brings together everything we’ve built and everything we continue to imagine.

Everywhen Experiences exists to create bold, memorable moments through professional entertainment, creative experiences, and thoughtful event design. Our work spans corporate events, festivals, schools, venues, private celebrations, and community spaces, delivering experiences that are as seamless as they are unforgettable.
