1. Services
- 
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 
- 
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the service date. 
2. Products
- 
Refunds or product exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items. 
- 
As products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 
3. Refund Method
- 
Refunds will be processed via EFT or may be applied as credit toward a future booking.
