Our Performers
Unlike agencies that simply source and place available talent, Everywhen Experiences trains its own performers. The majority of our performing team participates in regular training sessions, maintaining the technical standards our clients expect, developing new skills, and creating original acts that keep our entertainment offering fresh and distinctive.

Aerial Acts
The most visually spectacular category in live entertainment. Our aerial performers work across silks, hoop, hammock, rope, trapeze, straps, aerial pole, circus pole, cloud swing, cradle, and large-scale apparatus including chandelier and sphere rigs, with solo, duo, and group configurations available. Every aerial act is matched to your venue through a full technical and rigging assessment. We handle that process for you, whether your space calls for a static point, a freestanding rig, or an aerial winch.

Ground Acts & Circus Performance
High-energy, audience-facing entertainment that needs no rigging and works in almost any indoor or outdoor space. Our repertoire spans acrobatics, human pyramids, adagio, contortion, jugglers, unicyclists, human weeble wobbles, hula hoop, mini trampoline, air track, clowns, magicians, slapstick comedy, mimes, and living statues, available as polished set pieces or woven through your event as roving entertainment.
We also offer stilt walkers, balloon modellers, face painters, costume characters, and champagne skirt and chandelier pouring acts for guest-facing roaming entertainment, alongside a rich selection of dance and cultural performance — hip hop, ballet, contemporary, Zulu, gumboot, Latin, and belly dance — plus African drumming and marimba bands for an authentic South African atmosphere.
Fire performance (including fire breathing) is available subject to prior venue approval. A full risk assessment and safety plan are provided for every fire booking, in line with applicable Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Event Entertainment & Production Services
Beyond performance, we offer promotional personnel, singers, DJs, and professional cabaret entertainment for events that call for a more theatrical, adult-oriented touch.
On the production side, we provide rigging solutions (permanent and temporary), balloon décor including bounce houses, centrepieces, columns, garlands and arches, hosted kiddies' activity zones with face painting and craft-based entertainment, and décor and event styling — available as a standalone service or alongside any entertainment booking.
