1. Product Delivery

We deliver store products (such as made-to-order items) throughout South Africa via courier or local delivery service. Shipping costs will vary based on destination and will be confirmed during checkout or via direct communication.

2. Rentals and Hire Items

Items or equipment available for hire or rental are only available in Cape Town and surrounding areas. Delivery and setup for rentals must be arranged in advance.

3. Order Fulfillment

All products are made to order. Lead times vary depending on the item. Please allow additional time for production before delivery.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees apply and will be quoted based on your location and the nature of the item (purchase vs. rental).
