Refund Policy

1. Services

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the service date.


2. Products

  • Refunds or product exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items.

  • As products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.


3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via EFT or may be applied as credit toward a future booking.
